Before starting, make sure the unit is powered with fresh batteries and the electrode pads are clean and intact. Apply the reusable gel pads to clean, dry, unbroken skin around the area where you want pain relief, and ensure the pads are not touching each other.

Attach the wireless module or remote as instructed by the user manual, then use the remote control to turn on the device and select your desired intensity level. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase to a comfortable level that effectively reduces pain.

Treatment sessions are typically designed to last around 30 minutes per use, and you can repeat sessions as needed following recommended guidelines.

After use, turn off the device, remove the pads gently, and store them on their protective film to preserve adhesion for future sessions.

Do not apply the electrode pads over broken, irritated, or damaged skin, or place them near the eyes, over the throat, across the chest, or directly over the heart, as improper placement can cause discomfort or unsafe stimulation.

Do not use the device while sleeping, bathing, or operating vehicles or heavy machinery, as electrical stimulation can distract or interfere with normal activities.

If you experience skin redness, irritation, burning, or discomfort during use, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare provider before resuming.

Individuals who are pregnant, have epilepsy, a cardiac condition, pacemakers, or other implanted electrical devices should consult a doctor before use, since TENS stimulation may interfere with such conditions.

Keep the unit and pads away from water and extreme heat, and follow all control and pad care instructions to ensure safe and effective operation.
